Before practicing law, Mr. Lowe spent seven years in the army, serving two tours in Korea and the remainder of the service in Ft. Lewis, Washington. While in the army he specialized in communication equipment repair. After leaving the army, Mr. Lowe worked as a field engineer in Virginia and Silicon Valley, California before returning to school. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University in 1992, and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.

Prior to joining De Ita & Lowe, LLP, Ms. Lee practiced workers' compensation law at a defense firm where she gained invaluable litigation skills allowing her to effectively advocate for her clients. She also served as a fellow at Asian Law Alliance where she successfully assisted clients in immigration matters involving the submission of DACA and VAWA petitions. During law school, Ms. Lee represented low-income clients as a housing law clerk at Community Legal Services in East Palo in matters involving habitability and unlawful detainers. Consequently she was a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award by The State Bar of California for her contributions to pro bono legal services. Ms. Lee is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Mateo County Bar Association (Family Law Section and Barristers).
